Last night Chris Torrisi hit a double digit dog outright in the NBA with the Magic and tonight he thinks he has another live double digit dog.
The Cavaliers were the laughing stock of the league last year. In the 2020/2021 season they were competitive the first month of the season before falling off and I’d expect the same this year. They should be scrappy this first month while teams are adjusting and starting to figure things out and could play spoiler.
Nuggets were putting holes in bettors pockets last year laying double digits. In the 2020/2021 season they were 2-5 ATS last year laying double digit chalk and I don’t expect much to change here this year. The public loves to bet the big names in the NBA, and reigning MVP Jock fits the bil for Denver. They’ll bet into an inflated number that oddsmakers opened here, a line that should be single digits.
Plenty of value with the Cavs who showed heart in the Atlanta game. Denver is off a big revenge upset win over Phoenix and followed up with a solid win over San Antonio. They better not be sleeping in this game because I think Cleveland is live here and should hang around in this game as a gritty dog. Take the points.
