NFL Wild Card Weekend Smart Money Report

My weekly blog special the “Smart Money Report” Wild Card Playoffs edition is here to help you guys out. Make sure to check here every Thursday during NFL season as I utilize all my sharps aka professional bettor contacts, Las Vegas Oddsmaker contacts, and NYC bookies to give you the info on what’s happening behind the counter in the NFL betting marketplace with every game on the board.

I always preach to pay attention to opening numbers. If you want to win like as sharp you have to think like a sharp I always say. Remember sharps aka professional bettors bet early in the week into opening numbers to get themselves the best value possible.

Remember squares aka the general betting public usually wait to place their bets until gameday before kick off. So any early moves you see during the beginning of the week is sharp money.

Cincinnati @ Houston (-4.5, O/U 43)
My Vegas oddsmaker contact opened this at 4.5 and had nothing early to report on the side from the desert. He did say the total was bet down a half of tick from 44 to 43.5. Nothing to report here on the side either in NYC. The total opened at 44 and was bet as low 43 with Under support before settling at 43.5 come press time.

Minnesota @ Green Bay (-7.5, O/U 46)
My Vegas oddsmaker source told me they opened this Green Bay-8 and actually took a little Vikings money moving this down to 7.5 come press time at his shop where the love seemed to stop. He said he had nothing early to report on the total this week. This opened at 7.5 here in NYC and books took sharp money especially on teasers with the Packers. They adjusted up to 9 to keep Green Bay on the Packers and at +9 they did take some Vikijngs cash moving the side back down to 7.5 where it’s currently at. My local NYC source said if sharps really liked the Vikings the hook on that 7.5 would be long gone and the +9 was just a ploy to pair up with their teasers for an attempt at a middle.

Seattle @ Washington (+3, O/U 46)
Strong move on the Vegas strip on the Seahawks according to my Vegas bookmaker contact.. This opened Seattle -1 and was bet up to -3 with sharp support coming on Seattle. He said once things hit the key # of 3 sharp money has been pretty quiet. He did say the total opened 43.5 and has been bet up to 45.5 with some early Over support which surprised him a little because he thought you may see conservative game plan from both coaches with rookie QB’s here. He said it could possibly be a setup for a better number to bang Under later. Same move here in NYC at our local bookie shops on the side as Seattle was bet up from -1 to -3. The total also seeing early Over money getting bet up from 45 to 46.5.

Indianapolis @ Baltimore (-7 O/U 47)
This opened at Baltimore -6.5 out at the shops my Vegas bookmaker source oversees. He said the initial sharp move was on Baltimore at -6.5 but one it hit 7 the love stopped with nu buyback on the dog. He did say the total was bet up a half of tick from 46.5 to 47. Same exact story here in NYC with sharps backing the Ravens @ -6.5 but once the line moved to 7 things got rather quiet. My local bookie source told me the total has been hit early with Over money moving this from 46 up to 47 come press time.

Sometimes I agree with these early moves and sometimes I don’t. One thing I can say in my opinion has been a strong one this year in the NFL as one of the hottest NFL handicappers in America. I have a (58%) record this year! I was 6-1 (73%) in the NFL Playoffs Last year and 8-3 (73%) in the 2010 NFL Playoffs! . Dating back to the 2010 the playoffs I’m 98-59-4 (62%) winners in the NFL my last 161 NFL bets! ! It’s good to have a guy like me by your side in the playoffs as to help utilize my contacts to make us money on some diamonds in the rough. Hop on board with me this year as I look to exploit the marketplace with the help of my contacts. You can pick up my plays right here on the site or by calling me directly at the office at (757) 462-9030
